01 Grant of License

Ward 7 Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play 5150 and Clay Break on compatible Android devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to your compliance with this EULA.

02 Age Requirement

These games contain mature themes including psychological horror, disturbing imagery, simulated weapon use, and adult content. They are not suitable for users under 18. We reserve the right to terminate access if we determine a user is under 18.

03 Restrictions

  • Do not copy, distribute, or modify the games
  • Do not reverse engineer or decompile the software
  • Do not use cheats, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools
  • Do not use the games for commercial purposes without written consent
  • Do not remove proprietary notices or labels
  • Do not allow minors to access these titles on your device

04 Ownership

The games are licensed, not sold. Ward 7 Games retains all intellectual property rights including code, art, audio, story, characters, mechanics, and trademarks. No ownership is transferred to you.

05 Virtual Items & Purchases

Optional in-app purchases are available. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be transferred or refunded except as required by law. All purchases are processed via Google Play. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items at any time.

06 Mature Content Acknowledgement

By installing these games you acknowledge:

  • 5150 contains psychological horror themes, disturbing imagery, and content related to mental illness and institutionalization
  • Clay Break contains simulated firearm use and shooting mechanics
  • You are 18 or older and consent to exposure to this content
  • You will not allow minors to access these games on your device

07 Updates & Discontinuation

We may release updates that are required to continue playing. We reserve the right to discontinue any game or feature at any time without liability.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

09 Limitation of Liability

Ward 7 Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of these games. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months or $10 USD.

10 Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if you violate its terms, including the age requirement. Upon termination, cease all use and delete all copies. We may terminate access at our sole discretion.

11 App Store Terms

This EULA is between you and Ward 7 Games only — not Google. Google has no obligation to provide support or handle claims. Google Play's Terms of Service also apply to your use of the store platform.

12 Governing Law

This EULA is governed by Idaho law. Disputes resolved in Ada County, Idaho. EU users retain all applicable consumer protection rights.
