01 Grant of License

Ward 7 Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Six by Seven and Inner Cairn on compatible Android devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

02 Restrictions

  • Do not copy, distribute, or modify the games
  • Do not reverse engineer or decompile the software
  • Do not use cheats, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools
  • Do not use the games for commercial purposes without written consent
  • Do not remove proprietary notices or labels

03 Ownership

The games are licensed, not sold. Ward 7 Games retains all intellectual property rights including code, art, audio, characters, mechanics, and trademarks. No ownership is transferred to you.

04 Virtual Items & Purchases

Optional cosmetic purchases are available in these titles. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be transferred or refunded except as required by law. All purchases processed via Google Play. Parental authorization required for users under 18.

05 Age Requirements

These games are rated E for Everyone and are appropriate for all ages. Children under 13 may play freely. In-app purchases require parental consent via Google Play Family Library for users under 18. Parents are responsible for monitoring their child's use.

06 Updates & Discontinuation

We may release updates that are required to continue playing. We reserve the right to discontinue any game or feature at any time without liability.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

08 Limitation of Liability

Ward 7 Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months or $10 USD.

09 Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, cease all use and delete all copies. We may also terminate access at our discretion.

10 App Store Terms

This EULA is between you and Ward 7 Games only — not Google. Google has no obligation to provide support or handle claims related to these games. Google Play's Terms of Service also apply to your use of the store platform.

11 Governing Law

This EULA is governed by Idaho law. Disputes resolved in Ada County, Idaho. EU users retain all applicable consumer protection rights.
