01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of Six by Seven and Inner Cairn ("Games"), developed by Ward 7 Games, Meridian, Idaho, USA. By downloading or playing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

02 Eligibility & Parental Consent

These games are rated E for Everyone and are suitable for all ages. Users under 13 may play without parental consent for basic gameplay. In-app purchases require parental authorization via Google Play Family Library for users under 18. Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's use and any associated purchases.

03 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play these games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit the games without our written consent.

04 User Conduct

You agree not to cheat, use bots or unauthorized software, exploit bugs for advantage, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. Violations may result in suspension or ban.

05 In-App Purchases

Optional cosmetic purchases are available. All purchases are processed through Google Play. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, have no real-world value, and cannot be transferred or refunded except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items at any time.

06 Intellectual Property

All game content — code, art, audio, design, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Ward 7 Games. You may not use our assets without prior written consent.

07 Disclaimers & Liability

// Games are provided "as is" without warranty. Our liability is limited to the greater of amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months or $10 USD.

We disclaim all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the games.

08 Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the games at any time.

09 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Idaho law. Disputes shall be resolved in Ada County, Idaho. EU users retain all rights under applicable consumer protection law.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
